1. Who We Are
This policy applies to two group entities operating together as “AccPro”, “we”, “us”, and to the website accpro.co:
- AccPro (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201539815G)
- Acc Pro Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202009397K, formerly Global Cloud Reskilling Pte. Ltd.)
Registered address (both entities): 10 Anson Road, #17-11, International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Contact details you give us through the website’s contact form: your name, company name, work email, phone number, which of six preset situations best describes you (e.g. underused Xero/QuickBooks, exiting an ERP, foreign company setting up in Singapore), and a free-text message describing your problem.
- Any other information submitted through live chat, email, or phone.
- Newsletter/EDM subscription details, if you opt in.
- Website usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools (pages viewed, time on site, referral source, approximate location, device/browser type).
- Advertising interaction data (e.g. if you click through from a Google Ads campaign) used for conversion tracking.
- Job applicant information, if you apply for a role with us.
- For clients engaging AccPro for accounting, payroll, corporate secretarial or compliance services: information provided under the separate service agreement / engagement letter governs that data specifically (this website policy covers our marketing site and enquiry forms, not the full scope of client engagement data, which is addressed contractually per client).
3. How We Collect It
- Directly from you, when you fill in a form, email us, book a consultation, or subscribe to updates.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar tracking technologies when you browse accpro.co.
- From third parties, where a business contact or partner introduces you to AccPro (with their basis for sharing your details being their own responsibility).
4. Purposes for Collection, Use and Disclosure
We collect and use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and consultation requests.
- Provide, deliver and administer the services you or your company engage us for.
- Send you information you’ve asked for (proposals, service details).
- Improve and measure the performance of our website and marketing campaigns.
- Send marketing communications, where you’ve consented (see Section 5).
- Meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations (e.g. under ACRA, IRAS, or professional conduct requirements).
- Maintain business records and manage our client relationship (CRM).
- Protect the security of our website and systems.
- Recruit for open roles, if you apply for a position.
5. Direct Marketing
We will only use your contact details for direct marketing (newsletters, promotional content, event invitations) where you have given consent — for example, by subscribing or by ticking a marketing opt-in on a form. You can withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us (Section 12). Withdrawing consent does not affect service delivery to existing clients.
6. Cookies and Analytics
accpro.co uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Understand how visitors use the site (analytics).
- Measure the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Remember basic preferences.
Tools currently in use: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking. No cookie consent banner is currently implemented on the live site, so these tools run with no consent mechanism in front of them for visitors. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as intended if you do.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share personal data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the website and run our business — including Notion (contact form submissions are stored directly as lead records in a Notion database), Mailchimp (EDM/newsletter sends), GoDaddy (website hosting), and Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads).
- Professional advisors (e.g. auditors, lawyers) where necessary.
- Regulators or authorities, where required by law (e.g. ACRA, IRAS).
- A prospective buyer or successor, if AccPro is sold, merged or restructured — subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
8. Overseas Transfer
Some of the third-party tools referenced in Section 7 may store or process data outside Singapore (e.g. on overseas cloud servers). Where this happens, AccPro takes steps to ensure the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, consistent with the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in Section 4, or as required by law (for example, accounting records under Singapore’s statutory retention requirements). Data no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymised.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure or loss. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you may:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it’s used or disclosed.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing or other consent-based processing (Section 5).
We may decline requests where permitted by law (e.g. where data is subject to legal privilege or would reveal another individual’s personal data). We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
